As all of our items are made to order and handmade from start to finish, please allow the following lead times before despatch…

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE NOW CLOSED FOR CHRISTMAS ORDERS AND TAKING A LITTLE PAUSE. ANY NEW ORDERS WILL BE PROCESSED IN THE NEW YEAR. NORMAL LEAD TIMES BELOW WILL RESUME FROM 5TH JANUARY. ANY QUESTIONS, JUST GET IN TOUCH.

  • Wedding & Business items – 1-2 weeks
  • Non wedding/business items – 5-7 business days

All processing times are estimated and we will always work to complete your order ASAP. If you require your item sooner, then please get in touch with us to see if we can accommodate before ordering.

Please note that lead times can vary and may increase during busy periods.

UK SHIPPING

We offer free standard delivery across all of our items. If you require your order sooner then we have the option to upgrade to Express shipping at an extra cost.

  • Standard delivery – approx 2-5 business days
  • Express delivery – approx 1-2 days

Please be aware that shipping times may vary and we cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently only ship to the UK but can offer international shipping on request and at our discretion. This will be at an extra cost and you will be responsible for all customs charges, import duties, IOSS and taxes . Get in touch with us to enquire.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

If you have ordered more than one product your items may arrive separately.

We will send your parcel(s) out to the delivery address provided. Little Wootton cannot be held responsible for incorrect delivery addresses. Please make sure you double check it is correct when placing your order.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Unfortunately as all of our items are made to order and/or personalised, Little Wootton does not offer a return or exchange on any product so please bear this in mind when placing your order with us.
