When ordering, please include all personalisation details in the customisation field. We’ll always send you a design for approval before we begin painting.

Every A-Frame is handmade and hand-painted, so wood grain, colour tone, lettering, and layout may vary slightly. We do not print — all designs are painted by hand.

Wood is a natural material and may expand or shift slightly over time depending on moisture and temperature. We recommend avoiding extreme conditions where possible.
- As we use natural wood, each sign will have its own character and ‘imperfections’ which is the beauty of natural handmade products and makes each sign truly unique.
